What this covers

This policy covers getwheelgo.com and the WheelGo operations app at app.getwheelgo.com.

What we collect on this site

• Quote requests: your organization, name, email, phone, service line, pickup area, number of facilities, frequency and any notes.
• Courier applications: your name, phone, email, vehicle, license expiry date, availability and your consent to a background check. We don't ask for a Social Security number or bank details on the application. Tax forms are collected at hire.

Patient information

WheelGo does not collect patient names, dates of birth, medications or diagnoses. Our records reference facilities, seal numbers and tote counts. Please don't put patient information in our forms or messages.

Location data from couriers

The courier app shares location only during an active route, from the moment a courier taps Start route until End route. Location records are kept for 90 days.

How we use it

• To answer quote requests and run deliveries
• To review courier applications
• To produce custody records, invoices and pay statements

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host this site and store its data. We share what's needed with the client on a delivery, such as the courier's first name on a tracking link. We don't sell personal information.
