These terms apply to your use of getwheelgo.com. Sending a quote request doesn't create a delivery contract. Delivery service begins when you and WheelGo agree on a quote or a written service agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from these terms.

What we do

WheelGo is a courier. We carry sealed totes and documents and record the handoff.

  • We deliver documents. We don't serve process.

Pricing and credits

Published prices are the defaults on our pricing page and may change. Your quote or agreement sets your price. If we miss a scheduled delivery window, that day is credited.

What you agree to

  • Keep patient information out of our forms and messages
  • Don't interfere with the site or use it unlawfully
